Having previously seen through GLBenchmark, Samsung has finally released the official Galaxy Young and Galaxy Fame. Both devices are aimed at middle-class smartphone for users who are looking for performance and budget-friendly.
Galaxy Young using Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out-of-box, and will be available in the colors white, wine red, deep blue, and metallic silver. In it, a smartphone that uses a 3.27-inch HVGA TFT display is embedded 1GHz processor and 7668MB RAM. In addition it is also prepared along with 4GB of internal memory microSD slot, and a 3MP rear camera resolution.
Galaxy Fame is not much different from Galaxy Young. The device also uses Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, 1GHz processor, and 4GB of internal memory. The difference, Galaxy Young has a screen measuring 3.5 inches HVGA TFT, 5MP rear camera with LED flash and a front VGA resolution, NFC connectivity, and 512MB RAM. Galaxy Fame is only available in pearl white color and metallic blue.
Both devices are equally prepared 1.300mAh battery capacity. In addition, Samsung is also preparing dual-SIM version that is intended for a particular market area. Although referred to as a budget-friendly, Samsung has not revealed how much the selling price of these devices.
